Everyone,

We had a great time at the rowing and canoeing campout. Lakeview Lodge is nice. Everyone enjoyed the A/C, showers and beds. The lake water was nice and we had plenty of time to get out there. Don't forget to work on finishing up your workbooks over the next couple of weeks.

There is no meeting tonight. I hope everyone is having a great time for the first day of school.

Next Monday is a PLC. All of the youth leaders are expected to attend. Since we didn't get to elect the SPL until the last meeting, we are still selecting leaders. If you are planning on a youth leadership position, bring your form filled out (if you haven't turned it in already) to the PLC and turn it in. If you are thinking about running for patrol leaders, you should also be at the PLC. Anyone else is welcome to attend to help plan the meetings and activities. All youth leaders are also expected to attend the Youth Leader Training campout. The sign up sheet is available on the September calendar. We need lots of adult help for the PLC as well.
