Hello Troop 4 Parents,
This is from Jeff Nottingham:
A parent's meeting was held at the last troop meeting to discuss the possibility
of the Troop going to Northern Tier High Adventure Camp next summer. For the adults
that attended, it was an overwhelming 'YES' that we could do this. We then discussed
it briefly with the boys at the end of the troop meeting so they could then come home
and discuss it with their parents if they were interested in going. Hopefully some
of your sons have mentioned this to you.
We realize that next summer is a year away, but if we think that we want to do
this, the Troop will need to make reservations quickly so we can reserve a spot. Following
is the information that was discussed at the Troop meeting Monday night:

Last week of July or 1st week of August, 2011 |

How Long: |
7-day trek |

Costs: |
Approximately $700 per person. This includes the program, airfare and van rental. |
|
Crew Size: |
3 adults and 5 scouts per crew. |
If you think your son would be interested in going, please understand that he will have to be
14 by September 1, 2011.
