Everyone,
As a reminder, the Court of Honor is this next Monday, February 8, 2010. Even
though the count for those that wanted food has been turned in, it is still
possible for anyone that didn't sign up for the meal to attend the ceremony
at 7:00 PM. Just send me an email and I will get you added. We are required
to have at least 2/3 of the scouts present to have a vote (23 scouts this time) for
Senior Patrol Leader. So we need more scouts to come to the Court of Honor and vote
for the next SPL.
At the Court of Honor please bring the cans collected for Scouting for Food. The food will
be donated to GRACE again this year. Two flyers are available to help out if you are still
collecting cans. One is the
Scouting for Food flyer with general information and the other is the
Food Drive flyer
that each scout should turn in with their cans at the Court of Honor.
J. Kintzinger's Eagle Court of Honor has been scheduled for Saturday, February
27, at 2:00 PM. It will take place in the Hangar. There is a sign up sheet on
the calendar. If you are planning on attending, please sign up using the form
so that the family can get an accurate count for seating and the reception that
will follow.
Another driver or two is needed for the Rocketry Campout. If you haven't signed
up yet, please do so soon so that we can plan for transportation. The campout is
February 19-21.
