Everyone,
Several of the adults were talking at the meeting Monday night and it was decided
that the price of the Electronics Campout/Open House should be reduced to $10. The
only cost we will have is for food. If you have already paid $25, please send a
note to Mrs. Glen
and work out a refund or applying the funds to another event. If you haven't paid
yet, this event now shows up under Other Activity in the online payment page. Those
that are attending should be at the church at 6:00 PM on Friday, everything should
be done about noon on Saturday.
I haven't heard from anyone on teaching classes for merit badge college. Please send
me a note if you were planning on teaching a class. We need to have the scheduled
finalized by the next meeting so that we can announce it and the scouts will have
time to find the needed merit badge books.
The elections for the Order of the Arrow are scheduled to be held on Monday,
January 18. I will confirm the date this Thursday. We do need to have at least
half the troop present to have the election, so please plan on attending. OA dues
for current members will be collected at the same time and new membership cards
will be issued. The cost for 2010 is $10 per person.
