Everyone,

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgivings break. Tonight is the troop PLC meeting. All scouts with a troop leadership position are expected to attend, but any one else is welcome. A scout uniform is not needed.

I finally had a chance to add the information for Summer Camp 2010 at Camp Hale. You will find a link to the information page in the left hand navigator on the web site. The prices need to be confirmed by the committee at their next meeting on December 8, but should be fairly close. We are still waiting for Camp Hale to publish some final information for the 2010 camps. The list of merit badges they will offer is complete along with the merit badge sign up form, but the embedded PDF with pictures with merit badge descriptions is not current. That will be updated as soon as we can get our hands on it. The campsite circled on the map is not current either. We will be in the Arapaho camp site. We have to send down payments to Camp Hale, so please sign up and follow the payment schedule posted on the information page. I will work to get deposit amounts on the online payment as soon as I can.

Recharter is due today. If you have not paid for recharter for 2010, please do so today. I will be entering all those that have paid into the council's online recharter tomorrow evening. Those that have not paid will not be rechartered and will have to fill out new applications next year.

We have one youth opening for Philmont. If you did not sign up previously and would like to go, please fill out the sign up form on the website.
