Everyone,
Due to lack of participation at last weeks troop committee meeting, it has
been rescheduled to tonight, October 13, 2009, at 7:00 PM. As a reminder
all troop leadership positions are expected to attend unless you cover your
absence with the committee chair ahead of time. All parents are encouraged
to attend. We need to have enough folks there to talk about and vote on
accepting Paypal for payments to the troop, as well as other things. The meeting
will be at the usual location at the Bessant House.
We still need more adult leaders to sign up for the Score-O campout. We have a
visiting Webelos pack that will be join us and need to show support for them. Most
will be bridging over to our troop in November.
Just a reminder that popcorn order forms are due next Monday, October 19, 2009.
