Everyone,
If you are planning on attending R. Shafer's Eagle Court of Honor on
Saturday, August 22, 2009, please sign up by Monday, August 17, 2009. They
need an accurate attendee count for food planning.
M. Purdy still needs a couple of adults with chain saws to help with
the project on Saturday. If you have one and want to whack some small trees
down, please sign up. Except for the couple of scouts that needed a ride,
most folks will be driving straight to the site. Please see the map on the
calendar for the location and the parking instructions across the street at
the International Linguistics Center.
The next meeting on Monday, August 17, will be a PLC. Uniforms are not
needed, but those with a leadership role in the troop are.
The sign up sheet for the September 14, 2009, Court of Honor has been added
to he calendar. The signup deadline and payment deadline for food is Tuesday,
September 8, 2009. Please sign up soon for meal planning. The location, times
and meal are listed on the calendar.
The Fall Canoe Race has been changed to a day trip. Those attending, need to
plan on being at the church at 6:00 AM and have already eaten breakfast.
The location for the Leadership Campout has been changed to Memorial Baptist.
This event will now be on Friday evening and most of Saturday. All those with
a leadership position are expected to attend.
