Everyone,

I was asked to remind everyone about the Court of Honor tomorrow at 1:30 PM. If you haven't paid for the event, Jeff Booth will be there to collect the money. The cost of the meals are $9 for Adults and $4 for children 5 and under. As always a check or cash in the exact amount is appreciated. Jeff can also accept payment for past and future events if needed.

Gilbert Jordan received an email message from Harry Monck of the North Richland Hills Amateur Radio Club. Their club will be offering an entry level license class in late September. It will last 4 Saturdays from 8:00 AM to noon. He didn't mention a cost for the class and the testing fees are normally $14, unless they waive it. If you are interested in the class, please contact Mr. Monck by email at KE5MLV (AT) arrl.net. If you would like any general information on Amateur radio, please see me, Tom Anderson, or Dan Barry.

We received a request to present the colors at the Atrium retirement home (just north of Hall Johnson on Hwy 121) on September 11 at about 8:30 AM. If anyone is homeschooled, or goes to school after that time, please let me know if you can help. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
