Everyone,

We can still use a couple more scouts for the flag ceremony this Sunday. We are meeting at 9:30 AM in the sanctuary at Memorial Baptist. If you are in town and could help out that would be great. Scouts will need to be in full uniform.

I have posted a basic information page for the summer camp options for next year. Look for the 2009 Summer Camp, Information and Voting link in the left hand navigator of the site. This is not an official sign up for any of the summer camps. This will just allow the committee to see the interest in each of the offerings. You may select more than one if you would like. I will update the voting as soon as I can when they come in. The estimated costs will be posted as soon as I receive them. The estimated prices are very rough at this point.

We will continue working with the scouts who need to finish up their Fishing merit badge on Monday as well as work with those who started last week. If you need the requirement for catching fish, please bring a rod and bait. For those that started last week, you will need to buy or borrow a Fishing merit badge book and start reading and working on the knots and other requirements. The more prepared you are, the faster things will go.

VIEW THE ROSTER		 Church at the Cross We need 6 scouts (4 in ceremony and 2 backups) and 2 adults to lead a flag ceremony during  the patriotic church service.  Those attending will be expected to remain at the service until it is over. This is a full Class A uniform event. Meeting time 9:30 A.M.

Wear a swim suit or old clothes and class B t-shirt. Bring a hat, chair and sunscreen.

This fun activity will be held at Main Event in Grapevine. The cost for each participant, including adults that play, is $15. However, there are only 4 adults slots. If you really want to play, please put that in the comments when you register.
Drop-off and pickup will be at Main Event.
